Cancellations

If you wish to cancel any part of your order you have placed with us, please contact us on 0244720388 or email us at orders@uniquearomasgh.com or use the contact us link stating your order number. Where your order is canceled prior to being dispatched the full value of the order including delivery will be refunded. Unfortunately, where only part of the order is canceled we are unable to offer a refund on any delivery costs. Please note cancellations made after the order has been dispatched will be processed as returns.

Returns

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused in its original condition & packaging. To complete a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy is valid for 14 days from delivery. We cannot offer a refund outside this period.

We are happy to accept returns of unopened products and offer a full refund of product value where we are notified within 14 days of delivery of your products. We are unable to offer refunds on the delivery/shipping costs of your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received & inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed using the same payment method used when ordering. Please allow some working days for this to credit.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange this must take place before your order is dispatched. We are unable to offer exchanges for returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged product, we will require photographic proof of damage or in some cases require you to return the damaged items. Damaged items should be reported to our customer service team as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund of the product that has been damaged or will resend a replacement product.

Please note our returns policy is valid for 14 days and we cannot offer a refund or exchange outside this period. Any refunds & returns that fall outside the above criteria are at the discretion of management.
